• Handling enquiries and arranging training services.
• Commercial follow-up by e-mail, SMS or chat — only with your prior unticked opt-in consent, which is logged; you may opt out at any time.
• Analytics and advertising cookies — on consent.

Processing follows Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» No. 2297-VI vid 01.06.2010, Art. 8, and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro elektronnu komertsiiu» No. 675-VIII vid 03.09.2015, Art. 6.

Data is disclosed to our staff and processors (hosting, CRM, e-mail delivery) under contract, and to authorities where the law requires it. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.
